The Karting Zone would like to express our sincerest condolences to the Wheldon family and the entire motorsports community on the loss of Dan Wheldon. His presence will be missed not only on the race track, but in the hearts and minds of everyone who had the pleasure of interacting with him.

Tag World Championships

Great day of racing and a first place finish in the Rotax class at the Tag World Finals. I checked out on the competition at the drop of the green flag. The chassis and motor set-up was spot on for the final! Great way to end the season.

TAG™ Racing International 7th Annual TAG™ World Championships Sponsored by NOS Energy Drink and Presented by Mazda Road to Indy is Scheduled at New Castle MotorSports Park in Indianapolis, on OCTOBER 7-8-9^th 2011 at NCMP

The Karting Zone Racing is gearing up for the final kart race of the season at NCMP. We are headed off to the TAG World Championship event scheduled for the October 7-9th weekend. The TAG Finals will include the best TAG drivers from across the country. The racing takes place at the finest kart facility in the Midwest. TKZ Racing will take to the track Friday afternoon for a short practice session before the qualifying and racing kicks off on Saturday. Prep work is complete on the kart, and looking forward to a great weekend at the track, and a strong finish to cap off the season!
